We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Recruiter to join our team! This role is to be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring talented people for technical roles in US Market to meet the needs of multiple clients
Write and post technical job descriptions
Meet aggressive metrics for screens, client submissions, Proposals, sales leads Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicant’s abilities
Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications
Follow up on interview process status and update records in the internal database requirements Excellent written and verbal communication; high quality presentation skills Utilize multiple online tools and social media to actively source candidates Build relationships and staying connected with the top talent in the US market Experience with HR software and Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Post job descriptions on to appropriate job boards
Screening resumes and prospects, qualifying, interviewing, and managing candidates
Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
